Return and withdrawal policy

We offer a 14-day return period: you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, undamaged, factory seals intact, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Opened sealed products
Many of our products are sealed collectibles, such as booster boxes, special boxes and promo cards in their original sealed packaging. We do not take back products whose factory seal, shrink wrap or sealed promo packaging has been opened or broken. If you still wish to use your statutory right of withdrawal for an opened product, we will deduct the loss in value from the refund. Breaking a seal goes beyond what is needed to inspect the product, and a sealed collectible loses most or all of its collector value once opened, so this deduction can be as high as the full purchase price. Opened products can only be returned complete, with all packs, cards and contents.

Check your order before you open it
Before you open anything or break any seal, please check carefully that you received the correct product and that it is complete and undamaged. Is something not right? Contact us before you open the product.

How to return
To withdraw from your purchase, use our online withdrawal form. No login is needed. To start a return, you can also email hello@m-district.eu or submit a request online via your customer account. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For opened sealed products, the rules under "Opened sealed products" above apply.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether it is approved and, if applicable, which deduction applies. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need some extra time to process it.
