Answers to the questions we get most. Can't find yours? Send us a message via the contact page.
Products and authenticity
Are your items authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is original and, unless stated otherwise, brand new and factory sealed. Not sure about something, or want extra photos? Just ask.
Where do your products come from?
We source in Japan and the rest of Asia, often products that are hard to get or not sold in Europe. Everything ships from the Netherlands.
Can you find a specific item for me?
Yes. Looking for a particular promo, Special Box or BE@RBRICK? Let us know via the contact form and we'll search for it through our network in Japan and the rest of Asia.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay safely through our secure checkout with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Or pay later with Klarna.
Japanese Pokémon cards
What is the difference between Japanese and English Pokémon cards?
The cards are printed in Japanese. Japanese sets often come out months before the English version, and some products never come to Europe at all. Japanese cards are known for their print and card quality. Booster packs and boxes are also put together differently: a Japanese booster box usually holds fewer packs than an English one.
What does "factory sealed" mean?
The product is still in the manufacturer's original packaging or shrink wrap and has never been opened. Check the seal when your order arrives, before opening: an opened or broken product can no longer be returned.
What is a Pokémon Center Special Box?
A box made for a single Pokémon Center store in Japan, often for its opening. It contains its own Pikachu promo card plus accessories such as sleeves and a deck box. Many of these boxes are only sold through a lottery. See our Pokémon Center Special Boxes.
What do codes like SV-P, S-P and M-P mean?
They are the numbers of Japanese promo cards. The letters show the series: S-P for Sword & Shield, SV-P for Scarlet & Violet and M-P for MEGA. Promos are not sold in regular booster packs, but handed out at events or included in special products.
BE@RBRICK and KAWS
How big is a BE@RBRICK?
A 100% is about 7 cm, a 400% about 28 cm and a 1000% about 70 cm. Many designs come as a 100% + 400% set.
How can I tell a KAWS figure is genuine?
Recent KAWS:HOLIDAY figures have a built-in NFC chip. You can use your phone to check that the figure is genuine.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items ship within one business day after payment. After that, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and 3–8 business days to the rest of the EU.
When will my pre-order ship?
The expected date is shown on the product page. As soon as the item arrives, we ship it and send you a tracking link.
Do I pay import duties?
Not within the EU: we ship from the Netherlands, so there are no import duties, extra VAT or clearance fees.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, on request. Let us know the item and your country, and we'll reply with a quote including tracked shipping and a secure payment link. Import duties and local taxes outside the EU are paid by the buyer.
How is my order packed?
With the same care we use for our own collection. Single cards go into a penny sleeve and toploader and are shipped well protected. Boxes, BE@RBRICK, KAWS figures and other collectibles are first wrapped in bubble wrap, then packed with extra padding all around in a sturdy shipping box. That way your purchase arrives in exactly the condition it left us, always with tracking.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Use our online withdrawal form; no login needed. For a full refund, the item must be unopened, unused and undamaged, with the factory seal intact. We do not take back opened sealed products. If you still withdraw, we deduct the loss in value, which can be as high as the full price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Read our return policy.
