Every item we sell is 100% authentic. We source our products from trusted, reputable suppliers in Japan and never sell reproductions, resealed or repacked products. Sealed products stay sealed exactly as they left the factory, and every order is checked before it ships from Amsterdam. Questions about a product? Email hello@m-district.eu and we will gladly help.
How we handle reviews
All reviews on our site are collected through Judge.me. After delivery, we ask buyers by email to review their purchase. Reviews from verified buyers carry a "Verified" badge. We publish both positive and negative reviews and never edit what customers write. We do not pay for reviews or offer discounts in exchange for them.
